This makes zero fucking sense and there is no easy way around it!??? Or is there?

On my phone if I take a picture and want to save it in a secure folder for what ever reason just minor shit like I don't want my 6 year old daughter to see a violent image. Ok cool i move it.

But but but? You stupid fucks at android. I moved it but the recent folder thing the images or screen shots are still there.

Now here is the insane fucked up thing. If I delete the recent folder images it deletes them in the new folder I moved them too! How stupid is that shit if I want to delete recent pics cool just delete snd keep the copy. Nope this stupid shit erases them all for some insane reason

Use a file manager program like AirDiskPro to save all your NSFW images into.

There are many free progs that have the same use…

I've always thought "Recent X" is a garbage feature 90% of the time and just makes it harder to stay organized and know where to find things.

And don't get me started on "recommended X"

That's how it's supposed to work you tard. Recent files isn't a copy it's a pointer dummy.

The key is that the recent folder isn't really a location. It just displays whatever you've most recently opened. It doesn't move files in and out of it.

Maybe it's a good reason to have an encrypted folder on the phone (not sure if android will allow you to do that). A good thing to have anyway if you are concerned about your daughter fooling with your phone and there are things you don't want her to see no matter how innocuous. The benefit is that the software running the recents folder wouldn't have the ability to read the file enough to make a thumbnail. It's a way of sandboxing the file away from the rest of the system.

It might be handy to be able to encrypt data anyway.
