It is the woman's job to find a place.

She makes the calls ,looks at the areas, she fills out the applications .The man is there to sign the lease.
She will arrange the move. She will do the packing . She will do most of the loading.

The man will be there to unload the stuff and then he can hang up shelves and whatnot.

If she is waiting for the man she is retarded. She will be there forever.
