One of the most disconcerting things I ever witnessed was a dude I used to talk to at the gym transitioning to a bitch. Walked up, didn't realize it was him at first, he starts out trying to use female mannerisms but slips back into bro speak within seconds. My jaw almost dropped and I had to physically drag my eyes away and force myself to think about something else. Now.. almost 10 years later it still haunts me.

Thankfully, not too many people I know personally have been maimed like that.
