I've been saying this guy isn't Biden for a while. The guy who was vice president went into hiding when Beau died, and then when he came back onto the scene around 2018 or 19, it wasn't him. Not just plastic surgery. Totally different skull shape, different voice, different eye color, everything. And I do think there are multiple Bidens. He looks different one day to the next.

I made one factual claim in the last comment, and it's easily verifiable. She died in September of 2020, but the rumor mill about her having been dead prior to this started months and months in advance.
