There was an old 4ch post where a dude claimed that cosmetic companies used the country of Brazil to test market their most aggressive form of advertising. It worked as planned greatly increasing the use of cosmetics among women and also increasing cosmetic surgeries; the bubble butts. An unforeseen side effect was that a significant portion of the male population proved susceptible to the advertising.

And then one day for no reason at all people voted….

Even done by a competent surgeon it's decidedly brutal. There's really no standard procedure and the butchery is entirely at the surgeon's discretion, unlike a regular surgery, they go entirely by look and feel.

There's some sort of trickery around the loans themselves being assets, I think it has something to do with money being fake. Perhaps a jew could chime in and explain it in detail I can't quite wrap my head around it but I know it exists like other dimensions.
