you wouldnt have a choice, it would blue screen on reboot and go straight into the restore process and probably rebuild it on its own, changing absolutely nothing because nothing else was deleted. the kinds of people who can figure out how to take ownership of that directory arent going to be deleting it unless its someone elses PC.
