Seriously, they're so egoist that they lay their own meaning on top of everything, making it almost impossible for them to see reality. That's why they'll get pissed off at us for just having a normal conversation with them. It's not only "Whitey is racist!" It's "That whitey was doin' racist shit, talkin ta me like I's dumb, 'Here's an interesting web page explaining how to build a deck.' Yo fuck you, I know how to build a deck! I ain dum!"

Seriously, something that you and I might find to be a friendly and completely benign interaction can appear completely hostile to them. They'll even act friendly and like nothing is wrong during the interaction. So there is no opportunity to correct their perceptions and no indication that anything has happened. They'll just come back and try to sucker punch you later seemingly out of nowhere, then tell HR that you called them a stupid nigger that doesn't know how to build a deck.

I'm sure this isn't news to most of us, but it's such a strange behavior. This "Honor Culture" of theirs is embedded in their DNA. This also makes them excellent weapons for whoever wields their leash and can program what they perceive within this egoist layer.
