Get a tarp. Hold the tarp up in front of you. Slowly walk towards it. Skunk shouldn't spray because it's just a big wall coming towards it, and not a predator. If it does spray, the tarp should protect you. Drop the tarp over the cage. Back your truck up to it. Let the exhaust under the tarp. The skunk dies. Make a Davy Crockett hat. Post pics of your cool new hat.
