One thing lacking is the fact that France gets most of its electricity from nuclear - so why would it need to mine a huge amount of coal?

France also sells electricity throughout Europe as needed (the tea-time kettle "bump" in England, for example).

It seems the author cherry picked the data. The numbers tell a story, but I don't believe they tell the whole story. China is producing because we are not. If we choose to get rid of the jews, we will have no need for the chinese.
