People need to realize is that there is no crisis. They're not contributing to anything. Climate has been 15° warmer many times and life was thriving. Worst models predict like 2° of change and those are fake too. They all use baseless water vapor feedback loops.

They always claim they buy carbon credits for their private jets, yet I've never heard them offer more modest climate credits for driving your truck. They just say trucks have to be banned.

Probably because climate credits is market. If idiots started buying them their cost would go up.

Please inform where this money goes and how its used to "remove carbon dioxide" in the atmosphere. Are these assholes just planting trees or is that still too much work?

I am not an expert, but I think you pay some money to a "charity" and they plant some trees for you. But I think there are also shenanigans. Like companies are allocated carbon credits for free and they just don't do anything, and they can sell the credits. Or bill gates buys some farmland, lets it lie fallow, and sells the carbon credits.

Actually, they say the temperature is going to rise (or has risen by, I can't remember) 1.2 degrees C already. We have to live in poverty to keep it from rising by another 0.3 degrees C, to a total of 1.5 degrees C.

Another point to consider is that our plants need carbon in the air. And that some studies are starting to find out that they aren't getting enough lately. Not to mention the poor quality of the farming soil leading to less nutritious foods.
