You and @Thatguy make a funny jokes. But seriously make sure you are officially NOT an organ donor and tell all your family / next of kin to NOT let them harvest your organs, as they can override your written instructions.

1. Brain death is new-speak. If your brain is dead your organs are dead and non-viable.
2. "Brain death" can be recovered from in some cases (probably lots more than we think) with time and proper care (which would be variable).
3. Even if "Brain Death" was real, they usually don't do thorough or sometimes any testing to prove you are "brain dead" before cutting you open.
4. People have been known to move (or even just flinch) and heart monitors indicate pain response so they give you drugs like paralytics etc to hide this from people involved but don't give any pain relief. Imagine being skinned alive and your organs cut out one by one while they keep you alive the whole time but you can't scream or move.
