Someday I hope all of these warring Middle East factions put aside their differences, hug it out, catch monkeypox and die.

They're not going to hug it out, all these Middle Eastern factions are for the most part proxies created by Israel to create perpetual conflict in their neighboring enemy countries to keep them weak and a non-threat to Israel as they continue to increase their hegemony in the Middle East.

That's Israel's foreign policy since at least 1973 when they realized that they couldn't reliably confront the Arab countries head on in a military conflict and had to thus resort to this tactic as a way to wage war against their Arab enemies. That and using the U.S of course.
