yup. can't harvest the organs if you are dead. and they can't give you pain killers/knock you out or it poisons the organs...

there was a Swedish report a few years back and it was horific. based on limited EKG testing, most were fully aware they were being skinned and their organs removed till the shock kicked in.

If painkillers poisoned your organs no one could ever take painkillers. If anaesthesia did so, no one would ever recover from surgery.

well your organs are constantly cleansing your system. maybe if you take them out mid cleanse the stuff isn't cleansed and stays in there and congeals or something? they do tell u not to eat 24 hrs or whatever for a reason.

You are either alive or dead. If your brain is dead your organs are too and can't be used for donation. Organ donation must be from a living donor with only a couple of exceptions.

Also you get no pain killers when they harvest your organs, just a paralytic so you don't move and scare the nurses.

You don't die from intubation. You die from them cutting you open and removing your organs. So if you come in as an accident and happen to be an organ donor and there's a need for your organs.... you might not make it out alive.
