9 times out of 10 in situations like this they'll choose the safe/easy route. They'll try to figure out who is most likely to sue or raise a stink and side with them. Make sure that's you.
Contact and attorney and a reporter. Don't bluff, actually talk to them and give them a brief overview of your situation and ask if you're fired will they consider doing a story or representing you.
Then when talking to HR let them know you are recording all conversations and making copies of any documents "for your protection." While I agree that conservative behaviors and values are good in anyone, I believe they are genetic. Even if OP is conservative, most latinos are not particularly so, in an economic sense. Well I wanted to give you some summary of my views of genetics and its impact on the nature of societies.
If you take a bee hive and you fill it up with a bunch of unrelated bees, it won’t work as well. If you take a family and you replace the kids with strangers’ kids, it won’t work as well. That is because evolutionary forces are constantly at work in our societies our families, our politics, our psychology, etc. Many people accept evolution theoretically but they refuse to examine how it is at work within their lives.

The first thing I think you should admit to yourself is that the reason your abuela left her own country was that it was poor/corrupt/violent/unstable/lacking opportunities, and the reason that is true for all latin countries to a greater or lesser extent relative to all anglo countries (before non-white immigration) is genetics, specifically native american genetics. I know they are not a uniform group. I know different countries have different level of admixture. But you can basically predict the level of fucked up-ness in a latin country by its level of indigenous/african/european admixture.
I’m not a purist. But I recognize that the signal for success— prosperous, high trust societies, full of economically conservative people— is genetic. You can’t ever make Guatemalans act like Swiss people or build a country like switzerland. Latin Americans like the beaners you supervise do not make a choice to behave in an opportunistic and dishonest way in a true sense. Latin Americans do not choose to have broke down mediocre to crappy countries. Their problems are not a few bad apples. Their problem is the average behavior of the average latino.
You see similar problems throughout the tropics all over the world. That is because populations in hot and cold climates were not selected for the same behaviors.
Once you accept that the problem with those beaners who opportunistically screwed you for demanding better work from them did it because they are born to exploit these shadey tactics — genetically— then you have to acknowlege that it was your 80% white ancestry that insisted they do a good job and it was their 60% indigenous ancestry that allowed them to do a crap job in the first place and then opportunistically attack you with a lie, for doing yours.

What is the purpose of a society? It is economic cooperation. Its more efficient to coordinate with a buch of other people on a set of tasks than to do everything by yourself. But with increase group reliance comes increased opportunity for goldbricking, cheating, risk taking while shifting the consequences of bad choices on other members of the community.
One way to prevent members of a society from cheating each other is to increase genetic relatedness of a group. The more related the group, the less advantageous it is for a member to cheat the rest of the group. So levels of in-group cooperation and trust are PARTLY a function of genetic homogeneity/diversity.
Another trait of groups that effects its economic cooperation is its conservatism. Groups that are highly efficient— plan long term, regulate unproductive or pleasure seeking behaviors and prevent members from exploiting each other to gain status —are groups that I consider conservative. In real life this usually looks like strict morals, ‘intolerance’, and monogamy. These behaviors (associated with ‘uptight’, ‘judgey’ people) generally lead to prosperous, egalitarian, high trust societies.
When a society is more permissive, behaviors like polygamy and pleasure seeking lead to violence and people exploiting one another and this disincentivizes hard work, since people will kill or rob or cheat you for whatever you produce. These societies have low cooperativity and low productivity.
While I agree that conservative behaviors and values are good in anyone, I believe they are genetic. Even if OP is conservative, most latinos are not particularly so, in an economic sense. Far less so than whites. And I do not believe you can change this sort of behavior with church or tucker carlson to a large degree.
Regardless of how conservative you or OP are, you are (I’m guessing) less related to whites than we are to each other. So you are likely to have mixed loyalties to other groups or sub-groups, which is not good. Increased ethinic/genetic diversity is a bill that a society will have to pay. It does not come without a down side. Do some latinos bring better genes to the society than the average white American? Are we better off incorporating them into our population? Are sub-par opportunistic latinos being sorted out and sent home? The answer to these questions would be reasons why I would entertain some non-white citizenship. But lack of relatedness has a consequence which is lack of loyalty to the group.
Societies are economic, evolutionary entities. You cannot ignore the role genetics plays within them. Culture and ideology is driven by genes. While Im not a genetic purist, I think we have to draw a line somewhere and say “Beyond this point, individuals are too unrelated and differently behaved to be an asset” . We can debate where that line lies but it has to be drawn. OP is a high white latino hired to help bring in low white latinos who will not be good for us and they cannot not change.
