Those who took the mRNA shot have undergone genetic modification. This DNA-altering mechanism was made transportable by nanoparticles. New 5G towers and WiFi standards have a high electromagnetic field strength.
Fruit flies don't have brains, they have ganglia; and the behaviour of the NPCs who took the vax isn't controlled by their brains either, but by (((media))).
I've always kinda felt MKULTRA didn't end so much as they decided that a psychotropic control system was too imprecise. They just pivoted to EMF-based command-and-control systems. 5G + graphene nanoparticles ... scary potential.
