Hypothetical. I don't recommend this be implemented in any existing forum. But it is something I have effectively implemented in a forum I've run and would do it again in another one I ran. Basically the key is to prioritize good behavior over free speech, though free speech is still valued. But this avoids giving the cops a pass to disrupt the board on the conversation side. They'll then have to resort pretty much entirely to hacking or deplatforming by intimidating hosting services, etc., which they absolutely will resort to in the 'land of the free'.

First and foremost, ban retardism. If a poster is a retard he is a nonsense poster anyway. But he might be stupid on purpose to disrupt. Obviously what is retarded will be up to forum staff. You do need competent staff.

A real biggie here is the practice of idiotically calling everyone Jewish. As we're dealing with pro-white boards - a major law enforcement target - this is a biggie. You need to nip this nonsense in the bud.

Discourage flaming - Little need be said here. Shills will disrupt this way and attempt to discredit the site management so as to create another breakaway site or whatever. Tolerance for this kind of drama should be minimal.

Emphasize a culture of cerebral hygiene. You want intelligent discussion. Not a lounge.

No voting system.

There are other things I could add. But I hate long posts. Avoid those too. If you want to be effective, and thus annoy shills, people need to read your stuff.
