Actually if you declare these things while you're being arrested that gives you standing in court to claim them again. For example you have to declare that you're taking your constitutional right against self-incrimination when you're not answering. If you've informed the police of all these things then it makes it harder in court if they don't have evidence that they were right you were wrong. It gives a reason for a whole lot of prosecutions to be overturned in a lot of arrests to be overturned. Watch some of the lawyer videos about being arrested and what they say to do.
