Heat kills you when you get too hot. Heatstroke is when you don't stay hydrated and stop sweating in order to conserve water, and your temperature rises to the point where nerve cells start dying. It can happen even if you're hydrated if the temps are high enough or the humidity is very high. Blood clotting? No, that's not how it works.

Yup, nothing in my emergency medical training said anything about heat clots. This was some years ago though so it doesn't include covid bullshit.

Blood clots when it hits a cooler temp outside of your body. When the temp is warmer, it stays runny. That's why people who slit their wrists in the bathtub do it with hot water, so the blood won't clot before they die.
Also, only a nigger would try to cool down by dressing in black clothes and laying in the sun, just sayin.
