Cranberry and mandarin orange muffins.

I used dried cranberries. Hardest part was juicing the mandarins. Mine aren't pretty, but they're f'ing tasty.

While I didn't keep count, I'd say over a dozen oranges. I started out with my hand juicer, the thing that looks like two half spheres that compress, but saw that because of the size of the fruit, a lot was being left behind. So then I started to also use a manual juicer, the kind you twist the fruit around. So, it was squeeze, and then twist, to get the most juice out. Pain in the ass, your results may vary. I'll say this though, if I just used the half sphere juicer to smash the juice out, I'm betting I'd need at least two bags of mandarins instead of less than one. If you had an actual vegetable/fruit juicer, I bet you could use 10 or less fruits.
