And people keep reacting with horror when I say that the only solution for these demoralized people (who can't accept that they are demoralized) is execution. Do I want to or like the idea of killing people? Hell no. No one who isn't fucked in the head does. But it's the only way to stop this bullshit.
In case you haven't noticed it, they attacked and breached the Arizona capitol and are refusing to even respond to anyone talking about it let alone the idea that it was sedition. They're already on to the "over throw the government" stage of it.
You can sit and talk all you like, we're past that.
I feel like not enough people realize that there’s 2 different definitions of demoralization. The one he is using here is the removal of your morals, not the “hopeless” definition

Ironically enough, comments like yours just prove Bezmenov's point in the first place.
I could sit here all evening trying to reason with you about masks. I could show you a 3M pamphlet certifying the filtration of the mask. I could show you hours worth of medical info explaining the transmission of airborne disease and the effectiveness of barrier PPE.
But speaking of barriers, I'd be talking to a solid brick wall the whole time. Because you simply will not be shown reason if it contradicts your programming.
Social psychology would suggest if you managed to turn them they could be quite a force and when you go from liking someone to disliking them the intensity of emotion is much stronger than if you never liked them. Humans have a strong "cheater" system and would rather loose out themselves than allow someone who tried to fuck them over benefit.
Very few people have the mental fortitude to willingly undergo the kind of psychological changes to reverse such deep and foundational corruption such as this.
Can we? Yes. Is it effective? Only if you can either force it through a similar process of indoctrination or get them to realize that they're fucked in the head (for example, showing how everything they believe is a contradiction of some kind).
Is it reasonable to try? Of course. We wouldn't be humane if we didn't.
Should we expect any amount of measurable success? No. Not for generations.

Anything that can be done can be undone, but the question is at what price, and at what likelihood of success? Back in the day parents would hire 'deprogrammers' to kidnap their idiot children from the Moonies Cult, and break the indoctrination. The process was expensive and only like 50% successful.

Part of the propaganda WAS that demoralization was permanent.
