So you're suggesting that not only did they create a studio sized vacuum chamber but also they managed to selectively slow down the decent of the dust while leaving the speed and acceleration of the vehicle the same. Using 1960s video editing techniques.

It most certainly is. The wheels kick it up and then it falls right back down. Get in a car and drive down a dirt/gravel road on earth and you'll see that the dust gets picked up by wind and billows. It forms dust clouds on earth. Not on the moon.
Also, once again, how do you explain the fact that it falls at a slow rate that matches up with the calculated acceleration due to gravity on the moon? The only way they could pull that off would be slowing the footage down, but the vehicle travel speed would then obviously be slowed down, except that it isn't. So they would've somehow had to have selectively slowed down the dust but not the vehicle.
Which just wouldn't be possible in the 1960s.

There is no wind on the moon and no wind in studio.

NASA was so lame in their phony production, they slowed their footage by exactly half as if they never thought their fraud would be scrutinized. By half , how dumb and easy is that.
You can find footage of the moon buggy sped up by 50% on youtube.
The dirt appears to fall as it does when I do a rooster tail with the dirt bike , like normal earth gravity.
