Me and another user had a small discussion on this. Beauty is universal, we can all agree that certain flowers are beautiful, and others are not. Attraction is however in the eye of the beholder, or to put it more bluntly, attraction is race specific.
There's a number of facial oddities she has. Her nose and eyes are fine, but her ears are very low on her head. Her facial structure, cheeks and jaw line, are odd. To be more specific about it's oddity, he face is very soft and round, which makes it look like she's fat, but her chin is not and doesn't have much continuity with the rest of her face.
If you're European like me, she's not very attractive because she's either mixed with something, or has enough deformities so as to render her unattractive.
