How Nitter works?

I have noticed that Nitter has also YouTube, Reddit and Instagram. But for me it works only with Twitter. Does it work with other listed sites?

I think you are looking for something like the Privacy Redirect browser plugin...

Twitter is automatically redirected to Nitter as well as Youtube to Invidious, Instragram to Bibiogram, google maps to openstreet maps etc. etc.

OK. But my Nitter only redirects Twitter. What do I need to do in order to redirect other sites?
