This is how it's practical for us to think of things, civil war is coming, they've brought us to this point, when that happens who do you think is going to be fighting against the rebels for the government?

SCOTUS and any Lawyer worth his salt are extremely clear on this (unless Stop and ID State) 'Only if there is RAS (reasonable articulable suspicion) and the Officer is able to articulate that you have committed, are committing or about to commit a crime.
Not simply a party of interest in a direct investigation -whats that mean anyway - The officer thinks you are 'suspicious and acting funky' and demands to see your ID so he can figure out whats going on ?/...
