That’s a good spot. Snacks too.

I’ve got 4 aussies that don’t care for fireworks. Around the 4th, I take all the cushions off the furniture and build them a structure with a light and a fan and a roof vent for dropping treats thru. They’ll hang out in there and stare at each other. I call it, Fort Coward.

My old lab would hug my legs for most of the night. I'd give him some pets and treats and generally stay outwardly calm while going about my business.

A box fan helps tremendously.
The cheaper and flimsier, the better.

Poor doggie. One of my dogs was racing around the house barking every time there was an explosion. I praised her for doing her job and letting me know there was danger outside.

Our old bitch was very expressively telling us, "UGH, I'm way too old for this shit!" In her bitchy dog way. We all had to give her a pat in agreement.

I was beginning to wonder if I was the only person in the fucking universe that trained his, and friends dogs, not to worry about this sort of shit.

It's all part of the control system. The kikes want their own dogs to be the only ones who are able to deal with a war scenario. And only barely at that. Kikes hate dogs.

A big problem I see is people petting their dog when its freaking out; basically they're approving the freakout. The dog thinks it's being 'good' because it keeps getting pet.

Mine gets nervous about thunder and my bug zapper. Fireworks dont really bother her. Cant figure it out.

Yep. My chihuahua, yes i have a chihuahua, and she is the sweetest little beaner ever, has no issues with fireworks, guns, loud cars, people, other dogs, etc.

Its ALL about the owners and how absolutely pathetically terrible most people are at having dependents, like dogs, or children.

Hint: if youve raised a dog that fears fireworks or barks EVERY time a car drives by, you have fucking failed.

I live right by the ball park that shoots off fireworks every Saturday home game. My dog deals with it all the time because he's a good boy.

I fired my own fireworks off 40feet from my dog and it didn't bother it.

Was just watching a hickok45 video where he's shooting then Gunner the dog comes running to where he was shooting: https://youtu.be/WT3gkXyxhuA?t=696

Scared dogs are one thing you should try calming a 2000lb stallion spooked by fireworks!

Duh, how about mute the outside noise by having the radio/ stereo turned up for the doggo to be distracted.

Those tight fitting t-shirts made for dogs can calm them down, works for thunderstorms too.

The one night of the year my dog loses his independence and sleeps next to me in my room.
