I keep my disdain for you open. I only use PMs in responses. I have never messaged a user directly first.

I'll openly hate/love anything/anyone here. I even had a lovers spat with Helena a few times. She was understandably upset with me and I tried various methods to push her away. We mostly ignore each other now, found a good balance.

I don't recall ever checking it, or even a time when I knew how. I consider Voat, Poal, & 8kun to be partly an opinion poll, and partly an opportunity to play 'Dear Abby'...responses, downvotes/upvotes, etc., ain't really important. If I happen to stumble across a post I commented on, and find a comment on what I said, I may do a reply/rebuttal. Or not.

Months. And 1 reason I don't even care to check it is because it's implemented so poorly

I mostly browse without signing in, so I'll go for weeks sometimes without checking the inbox. I comment and post so infrequently that I really don't see the need to check my inbox consistently. On the rare occasion I engage another user or they me, I do try to keep up on that conversation until its natural conclusion to maintain a certain level of civility.
