Looking for the name of a specific latch

The latch is like an spring-loaded bolt, where at the tip is a little rectangular piece of metal on an "axle" that can spin. You put the bolt through a hole then turn the rectangular piece of metal out which then holds the latch into place.

Edit: quick release pin with drop cam
