While the other MAY be a doctor, a land surveyor, an electrician or an investor of some kind. ie: HARD and risky WORK.
Finally, you don't "just leave" the US. YOU CAN'T. The government won't allow it because YOU are their property. This is important, pay attention numb nuts. THEY OWN YOU and do you know how I know? Go to another country and get a job, see who you HAVE to pay taxes to. That's right, you can live in another country and not get any benefits of the US AND STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR "THE PRIVILEGE".
Next, you can file to give up your citizenship but ONLY, ONLY after another country gives you one. You cannot be a non citizen of nowhere. SOMEONE HAS TO OWN YOU. And this process isn't easy. Try convincing another country to take you. Go ahead, try, they don't want you because they have enough of their own problems.
You need to have money, a skill or love to get another citizenship. Definitely time. So say you have money($100,000 to start a business in Malaysia), a skill(nookuleer physicist moving to Iran) or love(marrying some bug woman in China) what do you get out of it?
