Did anyone take a set of college classes on these topics? Because I think they're literally defining race as not ethnicity, but words saying something about a group of people.

The problem is everyone miscommunates this, on both sides, and as soon as someone is about to resolve it people start talking over each other and both sides lose the point. I've seen this every single time this topic has come up for at least 6 years now
