I think it's really interesting is that you can do more than harm. You can influence a person's Thinking by broadcasting basically verbal commands via microwaves directly into somebody's skull cavity where are the resonance of the skull converts microwave frequencies into subtle acoustic noise that becomes subtle verbal commands that can actually be heard by the ear in a very subtle way. There's a patent for this and it's been out there for 20 or 30 years and it works

Affecting emotional states at range has been a thoroughly tested thing. Supposedly out of control riots can be made at the push of a button.
