Fun fact, soil around concrete is less acidic. If acid is the issue concrete is great.

Ubermensch cactus I have had on top of my refrigerator is growing, even though it's broken and has been deprived of water and sunlight for the past five months.

Echinopsis i see. Storing it there to increase alkaloid production?

Seems a weird variety, or is it just tortured?

I was going to try to replant it after winter was over, but I decided to process it as well as about two feet of pachanoi.

This is why I started growing sunroots. I'm a lazy nigger and I don't want to baby my crops, I want to mow them in order to prevent them from taking over.

You mean... The Jerusalem Artichoke?!

Are they any good? Any similarly taste tubers? I've never heard of these before

Edit: I looked up flavor profile.

I haven't tasted them yet, I will once it's time to harvest them and let you all know. From what others have told me, they taste like a potato, but with a slight sweetness to them.
