Just like Roe Vs Wade, all these rulings added to the constitution and were not constitutional. You want to change the constitution? Convene a constitutional convention. Legislating from the bench is unconstitutional and that’s why we have three separate branches of the government. All these rulings are absolutely unconstitutional. Judge Thomas is correct.

Edit: when I say constitutional, I mean it’s in the constitution!
