The Supreme Court Thursday ruled 6-3 that New York’s regulations that made it difficult to obtain a license to carry a concealed handgun were unconstitutionally restrictive, and that it should be easier to obtain such a license.
" In the majority opinion, Thomas referenced 2010's McDonald v. City of Chicago and 2008's D.C. v. Heller in his reasoning for Thursday's ruling. "As we stated in Heller and repeated in McDonald, ‘individual self-defense is ‘the central component’ of the Second Amendment right,’" the justice cited."
No. That's a problem Self defense is NOT the central component of the 2nd amendment and it's disappointing to hear justice Thomas thinks that.
Ability to fight off central government tyranny is.
These people will come up with another excuse to keep people from owning guns. They know they are going to be sued, and they know there's a decent chance they will lose. They bank on tying it up in courts while they effectively disarm white people. Jews, meanwhile, are permitted to carry.
Which is why we need to kill all the kikes and all their puppets. In the not too distant future its going to be the white race or the kikes. They've decided they can't afford to keep us around and some of us are waking up to smell the genocide.
The problem with the NY law (in the eyes of SCOTUS) is that it was too broad. NY can now implement another law that is more narrowly defined. It will still be unconstitutional, but how long will it take before SCOTUS reviews it? And when they do will they find it unconstitutional?
Anyone who thinks this shit actually matters is a fucking loser who doesn't realize that the only hope any of us have at this point is the most massive civil war in world history. Fuck the lot of you; you're worthless jew shills, and I can't WAIT to shoot you and your family in the face....
I am trying to figure out the angle of this one. One the surface it looks like a clear win for pro 2A crowd but there is always something behind the curtain.
