... sometimes you've got to do people's jobs for them. In this case, the dispatcher needed help translating the recorded behaviors into specific charges/citations which are legally actionable.

He should use his garage doors as a projection screen, mount a screen projector encased in plexiglass (so liquids thrown don't damage it) playing "the greatest story never told" on repeat all night every night. Put a few hidden cameras watching the projector to collect evidence of property theft and property destruction that will be inevitable from the idiot across the street, begin using court system to sue for damages to property and make him replace his projector, continue playing the documentary on repeat. Get some of those outdoor speakers that look like landscape rocks, have it going full blast for anyone walking by to hear clearly. Maybe interject this with footage from holodomor and clips of vaccine injuries people stuttering and losing muscle control, etc. Let it play, capture the idiots attempting destruction, sue for damages, rinse, repeat, etc.

What I would of done is "alright I'll take it down" take it down and leave. Then gone to a print store and had a huge poster made and put it up the next day (twice the size at least). Don't bother arguing with NPCs. Waste of time and blood pressure.
