Reminds me of the clip of the guy parachuting from a dam. He deploys his chute and then turns and hits the dam face. Of course the chute deflates and he goes plummeting down the face of the dam to the ground.

The noises coming from the guy after he hit were similar to this but far far more gut-wrenching.
