I will add to this that certain cities and municipalities have been giving homeless and mentally ill people moving expenses and even rent to move to another city or state.
They'd rather dump their problem on others and with that goes the spread of the drug market that led to the original issue.

I listened to a podcast the other day about how fentanyl is in everything. You can’t get straight meth, heroine, cocaine anymore. In the fentanyl dealing biz, the death of your customer is a good thing, which seems counter intuitive. When junky corpses litter the street, business actually improves. Junkies want the most powerful high they can get…they want what killed that guy over there.

I’m wondering if its the evil plan of democrats to exterminate all the burners.

As I understand it fentanyl is mostly coming from China, so the solution is obvious: 1% increase in tariffs per shipment of fentanyl from China found, up to and including 100%. Simple as.

So stupid question... If drugs are legalized, where would you get your drugs? Would you get them from the guy standing on the corner? Or would you get them from a proper store? Maybe CVS will start selling it. That way you'll know your cocaine or heroin is straight. Hell, maybe you'll know your fentanyl is straight. And the dosage will be consistent so there's no accidental overdosing on uncut shit. So you can make a proper choice on whether to destroy yourself.

I doubt there are any trustworthy sources for fentanyl free drugs. Prince thought he was taking a Vicodin that he got from his doctor. It was a counterfeit, made with a pill press. It was fillers in the right size, color and shape of a Vicodin, with the brand stamped into it. The only drug in the pill was a grain of fentanyl. He took to many and he dropped dead. You can’t even trust meds you get at the pharmacy.

Counterfeit drugs are a problem, fentanyl or not. The doctor can be held responsible, unless he got it from a source that should've been trustworthy, in which case they can be held responsible as well. And without the impetus of all the mixing of drugs on the street level it makes no sense to export fentanyl to the US anyway.
