If you read carefully the professor is not advocating grooming of kids. Sexual education of kids is normal practice in Scandinavia.
It has nothing to do with drag shows for kids.

Introducing children to sex, however the means, is step one in grooming them. Drag shows for kids is like, step 5 or 6 or something.
