maybe surprisingly, a lot of fast food sales are there to make the kitchen more efficient. you will see more of them when they have low staffing. if you have a sandwich with a super good deal advertised at the entrance to the drive-through, most people will order that. because of this, you can just make tons of that product and turn service over much more quickly.

All fast food joints use bad meat, McDonald's even paid fines for regrinding expired meat into the fresh meat. This has happened more than once with McDonald's, you don't think it doesn't happen anywhere else?

I did not go to business school, I worked in businesses that have multiple locations and know how these things operate. Considering the volume done by a fast food business like McD's, it would be astounding if they'd never been hit in courts for some foul meat or another. They are a walking target and the courts are where the "jew poison" you so fear actually exists.

The human body is extremely resilient. If you think we're so fragile that eating a little old meat will ruin us you are ignorant and lack imagination. The worst thing on the menu at McDonald's is the soda.

and my point is that the burger you make yourself will definitely taste better, it's not that big of a difference. the bun is the second worst thing on the menu at McDonald's.

in America there is this myth that health and our lack of general health is about the "quality" of food. This leaves people running around trying to find the right foods and obsessing about them. It's a trick, which is why despite 15+ years of health/food being a national hobby people are just as fat and unhealthy as before.

There are a handful of things people consume that are net negative for health (soda, excess refined carbs in particular) but even those are nbd on occasion and are mostly an issue if people eat that shit basically exclusively. Other than that, health is about getting the right mix of protein/fat/carbs and not eating too much. combined with getting some actual physical activity.

Some meathead lifter did a video after "Supersize Me" where he ate just mcdonalds for 30 days while lifting, it's probably still on YT. He's right.

gut biome. same thing happens to people if they eat assorted foods that their digestive system is not prepared for - spicy mayonnaise for example. my point isn't that fast food is "good," it's that the body is far more resilient and less picky than people think. there's no reason someone can't eat a big mac twice a month and be healthy and fit.
