There are so many things going on in the human body, electrical, chemical, and paranormal (I ain’t ruling out anything.) there are many reasons a human body can change weight during death. Expelling fluids, gases, electrical influences turn off and physical things change. the soul leaving the body. If you believe every story about the soul, it actually has no physical influence on the body. Our bodies are just receptacles for the soul.
