Your rights, at any given time, are exactly that which you're willing to kill and die to protect.

Not one inch more. Not one inch less.

Scribbles on a piece of paper have no effect on this. Laws and constitutions do not secure or grant rights, nor do they restrict anyone from taking anything from you. They're just a snapshot of what people -were- willing to kill and die for, once upon a time. The moment they are challenged without consequence, they collapse.

Exactly this. They'll be screaming about what's written on that paper right up until their tranny mask-wearing son loads them into the back of the incinerator van for the Real Holocaust.

The constitution is just a gentleman’s agreement regarding the terms of engagement. It is meaningless without either part being able to enforce their side.

Why do you think black powder weapons are not considered "firearms" under the second amendment and completely unregulated?

Jews used their money and power in the jewdicial system they control to convince everyone that the founding fathers only meant to have black powder guns apply under the second. In all reality they meant to have any weapon of war freely owned and unregulated so that we could form independent citizens militia.

Funny, for a race of people so dedicated to taking the weapons of others Israel has the most advanced and highest amount of weapons relative to size of any other country. This is not even close to debatable.

independent citizens militia.

Starting when? And where can we join?

Israel has the most advanced and highest amount of weapons relative to size of any other country

And thanks to Obidens 40 billion tax payer injection NOW EVEN MORE! because putin.

Starting when? And where can we join?

Starting in the year 1776 and pretty much ending after the Civil War.

This would include the ownership of Any and all equipment that you want and can afford! Fully automatic weapons, tanks, fighter jets... Whatever you need and can afford!
The government has No right to tell you that you can't have it!
That is the purpose of the 2nd.

It was funny listening to bidens revisionist history. "You couldnt own a cannon at the founding". His own ATF classfies cannons shotguns, and you can still own them to this day. What a freaking retard.

Also it's important to stress that the Sencond Amendment was NEVER about self-defense.
Amendment II
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Hillary, Biden, Trudeau, every anti-gun jew and jew puppet says the same: "You don't need an AR-15 for self defense"

It was never about that.. Though, an AR-15 is ideal for defending one's property.

Less than 6% of all gun crimes in the U.S. are committed using AR-15s.

NFA and ATF both need to be abolished and are infringements

They are banking on clown worlds stupidity and complacency.

And the last 2 years has proven they won't question what their soeshul meejyah feed says is good for them.

Any gun owner who believes they can or will “take my gun” need to just give ‘em up now. Because you don’t understand why we have the 2nd.

Might as well sell em if you wont defend your RIGHT to have them.

Specifically they curtail the government's capacity to apply punishment. The other stupidity I've seen is wanting to make laws against speech and ending the argument, "you still have a right to speech, but you don't have a right to be free from consequences from speech."

Literally a right means that you are. Otherwise, in theory you would have a right to do anything but with a consequence attached. I would argue that a fine, a licensing cost, or a stamp are equivalent to a financial punishment levied against someone engaged in an activity where government interference is prohibited. Stamps are unconstitutional.

Also, we should move away from the phrase gun or firearm. The constitution mentions neither. It says arm. An arm is defined as an implement of war. What the constitution protects (or inhibits the government from addressing) is your right to own, possess, and carry implements of war. The implements of war are defined by combat actions that countries around the world have engaged in. If you want to prevent people from having nukes it's simple. Take the last 30 conflicts in world history, if it was used it at least 1/2 of the conflicts that is in even the most overly contemporary perspective an arm.

Even nukes. The second amendment was intended to be a deterrent for tyranny. Nukes are an excellent tool of deterrence.
