Back when the whole team smoked it was a great way to unwind for a minute and all discuss whatever was frustrating us individually as a team. Like loads of little brief team meetings. Then I moved 'official' senior staff meetings to the pub and... that had mixed results that time. But I didn't mind the fuckups as much if I had sufficient ethanols.
Haven't smoked in a couple days now. I guess it is time for me to fire one up again.
