This video is really stupid. Antarctica is international territory. It has absolutely no resources, so anyone who goes there must bring his own gear and food, and this is strictly enforced for their own protection. You will be allowed to starve and freeze to death if you just show up there without qualifying for it first and demonstrating you are able to bring everything you need for your own visit there.
As for the boat, the videos comments seem to indicate that, again, they were no where near Antarctica.
But, if the Earth is flat, just take a high quality telescope to the most southern points of either Africa, South America, or Australia and look south. Come back to us with the ice wall pics.
