If there's one specific property you can definitely asscociate with the Parasite Ruling Class its that they lack completely the ability to assesss their own strenghts and weaknesses and adjust accordingly. Colloquially, they cannot call their own bullshit.

They are so bought into a centrally-managed One World Government and, yes, it would require a near-omnipotent AI to have a chance to manage it well. Not even well...to manage it in such a way that it does not collapse very quickly. They completely lack the self-awarenss to understand that neither they nor their toadie technocrat army are near smart enough to make it happen.

The people telling us ai is gonna run our lives are old as hell. They can barely open email, and live in 1968 when the Rockefellers set up the club of Rome and got nobodies to pose as know it alls. They fed some numbers into a really big computer normally used to match blind dates, and said if we wanted to survive the UN would have to own and allot everything on earth.
