Since the turn of the 20th century 3rd world shit holes in Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America have been dumping grounds for trillions of dollars of cash that was either coerced as donations from 1st world taxpayers via guilt and compassion for our fellow man or else allocated by corrupt 1st world governments in the form of taxpayer funded foreign aid with kickbacks to follow.

I've been 3 decades in 3rd world Caribbean and Latin American countries, they exist only through us, the 3rd World doesn't work, it never will, regardless of how much cash is wasted on it.
