Philly has hoods that are straight up literally like Africa to go into. Itโ€™s like a deep straight off the boat hood. Even have African food choices at local hole in wall shitholes (the food is surprisingly amazing and retardly cheap). Traffic lights arenโ€™t followed, neither are left and right lanes. They just beep through intersections.

Also has hoods that are like Mexico to go in to. Shirtless tatted MS 13 walking around. Spanish on all signs including gas stations etc. El cameros everywhere. Chickens walking around in the street.
