Here’s how this shit goes down. The feds know most of the unstable people with guns who are out there. When they need a mass shooting event they wait for an opportunity to kidnap the guy then they kill him, bring him to the scene and riddle him with bullets, then kill the kids. One of the feds who looks most like the patsy probably dresses up like him and puts on a wig or whatever so survivors will all say they saw him. That “border patrol agent” who supposedly killed the guy was actually one of the guys killing the kids. Of course they coordinate with local law enforcement to stay out of the school. Not sure what they say to threaten them but pick your usual threats or rewards.
