It takes 10-15 minutes to learn about how aircraft use their instruments to fly without visual reference to the outside. And a little common sense to figure out that a plane cannot maintain a perfectly level plane for any more than a moment at a time, and even then, there is no way of knowing if that plane is perfectly level with respect to anything.
