Any suggestions for a good d20 stats website for npcs
Something like for terrorists , special forces and shit like that

NPCs are just stat blocks. Use the CR system to generate them.

Lol. NPCs are so much more than just a stat block... other wise your TTRPG will run like a side-scroller video game.

No they are not. Do you not know what a stat block is? It includes attacks, personality/alignment traits, lair or special/magical actions, and any resistance/vulnerabilities.

You really think Bandit A and Bandit B and Bandit C-Z are separately rolled characters, lol? Each with specific and unique motivations?
