This is what I don't understand. I don't commit crimes whenever I can. Often I see something and know I could steal it, get away with it, take it home, etc and no one would have any idea. I would get away clean. I don't do it because I'm not a nigger but if I did I would have a lot more money than I do. If I stole or cheated every chance I had I would have an assload of money.

If the second offense results in a labor camp, then it ought to be a foot that is removed at the first offense. Removing the ability to run or sprint severely limits nigging capabilities. People that see a limping nigger will immediately know and be reminded of the realities of niggers.

Symbolically, it also seems more significant (to me anyway). It's not that you thought it was okay to do XYZ, it's that you thought you could escape justice.

On the second offense, inmates hobble on a non-articulating prosthetic to a single spot and do whatever hard labor there is. Every additional infraction while in custody results in a portion of the leg and/or other limb(s) removed.
