Hmmm, there's only and exactly one photo of this on the internet. And unless the twitter OP in this is the artist, there's nothing else to be found about it.

This "Lib dem Cherwell council" is described as a group of "liberal democrats" and even then, information is sparse.

So, yours truly actually has a degree in art (it works with software development and UI design and there's some useful stuff on developing GUIs to be learned in that track but I digress) so Imma use what I've learned to dissect this a bit.

First, knowing what we know about the twitter OP and this "council," we know that there's going to be a bias in what was designed and approved. The third arm and the animal on the head is an unearned attempt at making some kind of artistic statement using what was supposed to be juxtaposition with unnatural appearance as shock value. That is to say that if this were originating from anything less suspicious, I could see someone mabye making a point about how either "woman can only be measured in relation to men" or "women have to take on other roles" or some other maybe halfway legitimate statement.

However, the animal says nothing and the arm lends nothing to the statue and you are left with exactly what you are meant to see: a dude with tits.

In other words, it's pushing a transgender bullshit narrative, slapping lipstick in the shade of "Artistic Interpretation Pink" on that pig, and calling it "art" thereby insulting anyone who really does try at creating something that makes a profound statement.

Further, the tweet and any other references are only 3 days old. The fact that there is no press release or artist's statement of any kind tells me that this is likely a temporary installation, timed to match increased tourism in order to bring people who will spend money in the name of woke-ism and was unveiled right when tourism for that part of England should be kicking off because of summer weather.

In other words, this is bullshit that puts on display the degeneracy and retardation of everyone invovled.
